Can't open game

I've wanted to play this for a while, but whenever I try to launch it, it says it's running, doesn't open a window, and the syncs and shuts down.

I would recommand basic trouble shooting:

• Reinstalling
  
• Verifying Game Cache
  
• Starting windows in safe mode and launching it.

Tried the first tow, don't know how to do the last one, didn't work.

Hi there,

I have a bit different behaviour but just since the last update.
1. Game starts in window mode
2. Videos are playing
3. When the videos end it is getting full screen mode
4. black screen with mouse cursor

I am not even able to switsch the task or kill DD2 task. I am caught in the screen and have to restart my pc.

Alright then, I would recommend making a different discussion, but someone might still give you an answer.
The difference of mine is that nothing comes up, no window, no nothing.

I don't know what you mean, but if it means resetting everything, that is a big no-no.
