Full AP Huntress, am I doing this right?
I'm using all shards that boost the damage of abilities, ability cooldowns and the shard that gives you mana every X seconds.

Right now in C7 I can AFK except for bosses, my phoenix one shots the "tanks" in the weak spot and they're the most annoying. Flask hits for around 15m and since it's spammable so it's all good. The concussion shot hits for about 23m if all of them hit.

I have 129k health. I got AP everywhere as a base stat except my bracers with health. For mods I use AP / AP above +90% health, some health.

If I run out of mana I switch to another character, drop their ability mana and switch back.

I know I could also use AP when buffed but I don't use anything that buffs in my build currently.

Is there anything else I should know about?

Thanks.

Add in the AP +50% per skill on CD (Focused AP Chip), your damage will skyrocket like crazy with that alone. (As a general rule, use that on any AP build, and Focused Power on any HD build. Even with just the CD from your pet, that's still a massive 50% boost.)

Add in Critical Damage and Critical chance and your abilities will deal even more damage on everything. Alternatives mainly include Meleesplosion for AoE or Controller for raw damage to combo with Oil Flask.

As for your stats, you should aim for ~200k HP or more, because Assassins become a real pain for squishy characters as you climb in Onslaught. And dying at the wrong time can really put you in a rough spot. Now you may argue that you'll lose some DPS - which is true - but at some point you are just overkilling everything so investing a bit more in health won't hurt you.

And finally the armor mods: AP and AP>90% sound about right. You could also use Manaburn AP. I don't like it much personally because it rarely gets to shine, but when it does, it means that you actually needed it so… Can't blindly recommend that one, but it's good nonetheless.

Yeah, I'm using crit chance and damage from the ascension, and one critical chance shard. I didn't know the pet counted in the focused AP chip, that's nice. I have one with a 30%ish roll I need to add.

I'm also using +%dmg to support, and +%dmg to minibosses.

Edit: I'm also boosting the flask in the offensive tree since it's the one skill I can spam.

Also, do you know what the "burn" damage of flask + flame aura is scaling off of? My AP? The flame aura's DP?

So, the Ignite combo… I'm not sure how it works when you proc it with a Hero + Tower combo, but for a tower-only combo, it doesn't seem like it scales much off anything. The damage are basically non-existent even with the very best gear you can find.

Chances are that it's the same for any source of proc, though I never tested it myself. Most of the time, you're better off benefiting from the slow + controller proc of oiled at the end of the day.

Care to enlighten me about the %damage to support? I'm curious about the reason.

Well, right now it's not as useful, but the mobs who bury into the ground are considered support and take basically no damage from towers, so they used to be a big issue.
