its not there , there is no tower attack rate increase mod in this list i just looked again if u see it would u mind uploading a screen shot?

I might be an idiot but... I get Planteras Blessing when i play c1-3. Is that because i have "achieved" floor 35+? Does this work for all MODS(if i have passed Floor 35 i can get all mods anywhere)?

If i have an fire chip for fire damage at c7 with stage 7 and one at stage 10 and work both up to c8, do they have the same damage after that?

no i showing C8 10 bar max stats. 100% of players who create C8 gear doesnt do with level 1-9 mods, it a waste of money.
