Report a translation problem
ye it should be a guaranteed drop but it isn't. I've had many times playing the same type of maps over and over again but no luck I have a bucket load of hammers and those are quite pointless
so yes I can confirm OP's problem it just happens sometimes same with autopickup dont work only 1 shard drops out of the chest instead of 2
I just wish Trendy would stop updating and do a gigantic bug bash for a couple of weeks/months and take care of the new and the year old bugs
just had it again played dungeon map C4 won one and got one played two more and got nothing changed to c5 and it dropped again its just frustrating
The dropping of ruby clusters is working as intended. They drop only out of victory chests, and Chaos IV only gives you a chance at one; they are not a guarantee. Chaos V guarantees one cluster with a chance at a second, and Chaos VI guarantees one cluster with a higher chance for a second one. We want to encourage you to play the highest Chaos you can when grinding and we also wanted to strike a particular balance with material acquisition/consumption for progressing Chaos IV players. If you ever get an unlucky streak, you can always purchase them from fellow defenders.
