support "What a Deal Pack" DLC
I bought a Dungeon Defender 2 "What a Deal Pack" DLC
but i dont get items or gems in DD2 ingame or in the ingame mail box.

The Steam information about the chromatic support side is wrong so i try it here.

Take a few minutes sometimes. Make sure you are checking the mailbox in the tavern, I've had it where the items don't show on the outdoors mailbox for some reason.

Had the same issue, you need to go to "support.chromatic.games" and write a ticket there with your purchase confirmation from Steam so they can add the DLC content manually to your account. Here's their response to my question regarding this issue:

"Hey Defender,

We have manually issued the Treat Yo' Self pack for you. We are still working on a fix, it is an issue caused by Steam's new protocols, but only affects our newly released packs (Defender, What a Deal, Treat Yo Self, Supreme).

I received my DLC content afterwards, but keep in mind support staff only work from Mo-Fr 8-17 (don't know what timezone though, it's about 6-7 hours later than central european time.

İts same like me.I bought "treat Yo'Self" DLC pack but my rewards and gams didnt arrive my mailbox or inventory.I bout it 1 hour ago.pls help.thanks.

ok i buy a new DLC today and dont get the gems. Do i realy have to write a new support ticket?! 3 months later with the same bug-_-.Realy thats no fun.

And yesterday I met a guy who asked "has anyone heared about Free Blue Gems on this Holiday from developers", I answered "no" and he said he had received 7k blue gems for free not paying for anything (if I understood him correctly). This might show us that billing system on Chromatic's side is ... weird - you paid for DLC / Gems and someone else got them. :gearthumbsup:

You need to submit a new ticket for sure.

thats a bug tho, friend of mine had the same bug yesterday. You cant spend the gems and they eventually disappear after a relog.
