You won't able able to change stats on gear or anything, which is the only thing that would be worth doing.
I'd think since the game mostly runs server side, you wouldn't be able to do anything of value, but then again, depends on how things are coded
to bad for you EVERTHING is server side they learned from DD1

Seems that only 440 games on steam have VAC, and VAC seems to get triggered by the most random things like CCleaner anyway.
A lot of devs handle cheating themselves, like Fromsoft did with dark souls 3 issuing thousands of non legit bans because people were invaded by cheaters and thus marked as cheaters by their system.
I'm really not so sure that anyone with a VAC ban is a cheater anymore.
No But im sure you will still get a "game ban" which like a Vac ban will show up on your steam Profile.
Still, I'm sure a ton of those may not be legit, so my point stands.
