Mastery reward claiming

I can't find anywhere my reward for the 2nd and 3rd milestone (just achieved them). The 3rd in particular said something about legendary items, but I don't have anything in my inventory, mail or scavenger.
Where should this rewards go?
Bugged and didn't receive them?

the 2nd is another character card for you to create 1 more character and I think the 3rd one is a pack of random shards that you can use that will be added to your inverntory.

Immediately. Not sure if you can accidentally sell. Just look for it. If you don't see, file a Support Ticket or something.

No I didn't sell them, I had my inventory already almost empty, and I immediately searched for those, but I foung nothing TRENDYYYYYY

Trendy doesn't care. They gave their founders a pet that was never properly fixed for wiping their progress. They gave new players but not their early supporters a substantial amount of Defender Medals and Diamonds. The early supporters basically got the Wipeaggedon skins and a lot of abuse from dev.
