question about oiling

so If i oil an enemy and use fire damage on them while oiled would they burn for a few seconds?

Yes.
Oil and fire/drench and electric are the two elemental combos. (are there more?)
I used to equip a pet with fire damage when I was using the huntress to throw oil, but flame auras work too.

Does Freeze & Shatter/Impact count?

Hmm, I think so. That's the earth combo. I think earth damage is magnified when it hits a frozen enemy.

So- water with electric, fire with oil, earth with freeze and air...? Or maybe knockup (air) and freeze is another combo.

Anyone knows if the Angry Nimbus stops drenching while in corruption form? I know it starts to zap enemies but does it do that in addition to the drench or instead of?

It should. Currently, it's bugged though.

Yeah, go all bees is better. Just keep an eye out. I've noticed that on a few occasions that when a SR reaches the tree... the bees start ignoring it. Can happen with the clouds too but have yet to duplicate this with slimers.
