Next time this happens, press the 'TAB' key, then type in 'disconnect' then press the 'ENTER' key.
Now, click on OPTIONS and change the region to anything besides your current region.
Try it again.

The issue is most likely a connectivity issue between you and the regional server [US, EU and Oz]
