Mystic attacks/abilities and Rollers

So, since the Obelisks became unreliable with the rollers, I sometimes have to deal with them myself but…

Lash Out and Dark Torment deal heavily reduced damages and the DoT doesn't apply and the primary attack deals reduced damages too. (All that from behind of course.)

Any advice? I tried to attack from different distances, but couldn't do anything but heavily reduced damages.

On mystic:

Use Lightning Damage Dagger+Drench shard or LightShard+WaterDmg dagger. I recommend only HEAVY type daggers, it adds great range and affects alot of mobs.

Also make sure you are using Health/Critical damage Gear and have maximum points into Critical Chance / Critical Damage of Hero in ascendance points.

Drop OBELISK (DefPower/Speed/Health medallion) behind roller, start attacking it and use Dragolich pet ability at this time.

Obelisk is generally unreliable, many times it fires but does NO damage to mini-bosses, i agree

a lot of various character skills ARE NOT BALANCED AT ALL.

I do not use ANY mystic ability but only Chaos Madness #2btn they all weak, but mystics critical hits with good dagger and gear are getting close to 800k - 1 million in Chaos 4 gear.

Yeah, hence the reason I'd like to find another way to deal with Rollers with mystic. (Yeah. I insist on the “with mystic”. I'm well aware that other heroes are more suited for the task.)

I don't have any problem against anything, except these rollers. I feel like nothing works against them except her secondary attack.

I'm using a mix of crit damage/AP myself btw. (Something like 60/40.) I can't imagine NOT using her abilities. Lash Out with hemolytic poison is a good 1M (stackable 3 times if need arises) and Dark Torment is at least 3M for the DoT part. Without even factoring in Call to Madness.

And with auto-attacks, I reach at least 300k DPS. (I prefer light weapon since it's more consistent but I deal 1M crits with a heavy one. C5 gear.)

But not against rollers. Because reasons.

you can adjust your build to help you handle rollers. i´ve had ramsters and flamethrowers attacking them from behind, after they stopped at the blockade. with this i´m able to afk waves
