Do seeds and soaks carry over to NG+?

I have 2 soaks and 1 seed left for the achievements and they all needed to be farmed from the plants... It's getting really frustrating. Can I farm for them in NG+ or should I wait weeks for the drop before I can move on to the New Game?

Yes, they're all carried over. You get a few new soaks in NG+ too I think (or at least a few new things related to the gourd). If you want to farm, it's probably best to save it for until after you've done Yellow Loong again in chapter 4 since he drops the accessory that gives you a higher droprate. It stacks with the one you likely got in your first NG and the turtle mask (making for a total of 3 items that increase droprate).

And to get all achievements you need to be on NG+ anyway. You need to have 8 bull king horns to make the full set along with the weapon and there's only 4 bull king horns available per run. So you can't get all achievements until you've cleared the secret area of chapter 5 on NG+ at the very least.

Yeah but If I've already given some seeds to the Loong in the Village, will I need to farm for them again on NG+?

No, you don't need to farm them again. The next time you get to the village and speak to him the seeds you had already delivered are still there. And since you haven't been there in a long time (since you get access in chapter 3), the storage is all filled up as well.

Oh that's nice atleast! So the 2 Yellow Carps stack? I don't think they work with the plants though. It says "defeated enemies" in the description.

I'm not sure if they do work with the plants or not to be honest, but even for plant farming I see them being recommended. They do stack, I'm pretty sure. I've been getting quite a few more drops from enemies since I got the 2nd golden carp. That said, without any actual data mining it's kinda hard to say. I can't say I've seen anything about exact droprates.

They do at least work with those plant enemies that drop the golden lotus seeds in Chapter 3 (maybe others since they're in other chapters too). I know since I just got one last night with it.
