IS THIS GAME AS GOOD AS THEY MAKE IT SEEM?
I am a player of dark souls, sifu, batman arkham etc. and I would like to know if this game could fit into my strings and be as good as the social networks make it out to be, I am not even a player who is looking for a challenge, but simply that which keeps you busy and makes you feel like you have spent time having fun and in any case that makes you want to play it again even on a higher difficulty

I havent finished the game yet, and I am eager to upgrade to the deluxe edition and start a New Game +

So, at least for me, this game is being a really good experience

I've played Elden Ring, Sekiro, Dark Souls 1 & 3, and Bloodborne. I'm also a MH series fan. This game is definitely up there in terms of action and monster designs.

try it for 2 hours....before refund...

iT'S Sekiro + Souls + Elden some few new ideas..

It's more frustrating though than Souls, Elden long combos than can instant kill.

Honestly it's mileage may vary. If you don't mind dodgey dodging with "on-rails" attack moments, this should be good to you.

if you like 3rd person melee combat this easily ranks among the very best
the combat is just fun, monsters/bosses are supercool, environments look great

I don't really like Souls games, but I liked Sifu and the Arkham series. I think this game is exceptional and unlike anything I've ever played. It's reasonably challenging, but not the kind of excruciating challenging that's seen in Dead Cells or Cuphead. And I'd say Sifu is also a far more challenging game.

I wrote a review breaking down the game's difficult as well: https://steamcommunity.com/id/apasserby/recommended/2358720/

yeah sifu is challenging trick but if you are confindent with the combat system is easy to do all the game in under 30 years old

It's aight. Don't listen to anyone telling you it's a Souls-like; it absolutely isn't. Also, you can ignore anyone saying it's like the new God of War or Respawn's Jedi games - it isn't. It's a boss rush with large, beautiful, largely empty levels. There are occasional trash mobs but they literally fall over if you sneeze in their direction. If you're unfamiliar with Journey to the West the "story" here is going to be incomprehensible and it's coming by way of a self consciously wordy localisation. The game's biggest flaw is it's complete lack of moveset and/or combos. You will be tappinhg variations on the same inputs against everything from hour one to when you finish the game. It's a decent 7/10, the only reason the game is "overwhelmingly positive" is that this is the first major "AAA" release from China.
