Difficulty in this game can be generally broken down into 2 areas:
1) Difficulty from in-game designed mechanics, boss attack patterns, animation lockouts etc. This difficulty is tied to the game code and does not differ between platforms. PS5 like PC has no difficulty selection.
2) Difficulty from technical platform performance. This is where PC offers far more granular controls to allow users to maximise game performance and achieve more stable fps. PS5 has 3 performance modes that are 30, 45, 60FPS. 45FPS has micro stuttering. 60FPS is achieved through frame generation from 30FPS so the latency is atrocious…
I have played this game on PC from a RTX4090/13900 to the Lenovo Legion Go to PS5 (including on a VRR LG C1 OLED & via remote play on PS Portal). I would rather play on Legion Go than PlayStation.
Hope this helps.
