CONTROLLER INPUT DELAY

im using asus rog raikiri pro Xbox controller and only when i play black myth i have controller input lag sometimes it gets real bad character doesn't move at all and i cannot press pause with controller or mouse I've tried everything turned off nearly everything you can think of still no luck anybody having same issue and is there a fix i might have to get my money back and buy from PlayStation store
