Not now since they are busy on cooking this game, maybe in the future. Or probably some genius could make a compatible layer between MacOS and windows just like Proton does for Linux.

I guess they are not going to have a Mac version, since it is not an easy task to do the migration. Probably you can use tools like crossover to run pc games on Mac, but that surely will affect the performance of the game.
