unable to use or re-bind "spells"

the spells on 1 2 3 4 are not allowed by the game to be re-binded and i'm literally unable to use those keys (for god knows what reasons they're perfectly fine that has nothing to do with the state of the computer or keyboard)
i wonder if this happens to anyone else or that's just a curse.

Once I use the spell bind, the 90 sec duration does NOT DEPLETE[/b] . I am stuck with that one spell till I die or rest. The game has this one bug[/b] which needs to be fixed.
