40.00 is alot of money to someone in china or Hong Kong.

they do not make as much as an american minimal wage worker by a large margin.

Same for other countries where the income is 1/3 or 1/4.

so it adjusted in the industry based on that.

40.00 is a week of food there. It like a person in the us paying 90.00 for the game so it is really not cheaper.
