Insane image sharpening

Dunno what the heck they were smoking when decided to green light this game's image sharpening filter/levels. It turns the otherwise beautiful game into an artificial, stiff mess. I admit I'm extremely picky with visuals in videogames, but this particularly annoys me cause being able to turn on/off/up/down image sharpening should be a standard in videogames settings, but here you can't actually fix it no matter what you touch.

You can even see comparisons of people who tweak these options internally (not ingame settings menu, cause you can't), and it looks so much better when they turn down the engine's oversharpening.

Guess I'm waiting til they fix/add this option, or refunding if they refuse to

Edit: In the end, the point is I wouldn't like videogames industry to normalize delegating to players/customers to fix the BASIC things that should be fix/included officially in their game. I know I can personally fix this sharpness mess in Wukong and keep on playing, and call me an idiot, stubborn, mulish or whatever, but I refuse to give the green light to such basic deficiencies as this.

you can add this line to the engine.ini files in the AppData\Local\b1\Saved\Config\Windows

r.ToneMapper.Sharpen=?

0 to disable sharpening
1 to 2 for a less intense sharpening

I already applied for refund. Even in 1440p and cinematic settings, game looks awful bcoz of the over sharpness.
I played Ghost of Tsushima .. that game is insanely beautiful while perfectly sharpened.. this game deserves that too.

Did you request a refund because the game has a sharpening issue ? I mean, is that the only reason ?

after i found out the way to disable the sharpening, I am still playing.

if you have nvidia geforce installed hit alt+f3 and lower the sharpening through that, 50 hours in and i just found this
