Missing wolf headpiece

Anybody else got a wolf headpiece at the start of the game (I forgot where exactly you get it) and after a while checked your equipment menu and found it missing?

I'm pretty sure it somehow just bugged out of my inventory.

Ye, same happened to me

I think we were just looking at the crafting inventory. For some reason it only includes craftable and already crafted pieces of gear, but not the ones you get by other means.

Yep, missing the wolf and the boar headpieces that I acquired in Chapters 1 & 2.
