Having Audio Lag/sync issues and lagging video

After unpacking when I launched the game it is not playing smoothly at all, audio keeps lagging or cutting. The graphics aren't smooth and there is a huge delay in audio. The visuals play first and then audio follows 5 seconds later. And this is all on just the starting cutscene portion.
I'm on recommended settings with vsync on and have already verified game files on steam. Please help me.

Same here. I read that switching from hhd to ssd fixes the issue but it has not worked for me. I also read that switching the game to Chinese instead of English dub helps...it does not.

When was the last time you updated your video drivers? Also are you using Frame Gen? What's the performance of your stuff reading on the overlay (like GPU and CPU usage)?

I have the same issue. Frame gen on and CPU and GPU barely hit 20% utilization. Yes I updated the driver through GeForce Experience

I have the most updated drivers on a $2500 Gaming Laptop and still have lagg. It's nothing on out end, they will need to release patch updates on their end for steam.

Does it still do it if you turn Frame Gen off? I'm just asking for variable possibilities. I wonder if it has to do with the way Hardware Scheduling is implemented

U install the game on hdd or ssd? On hdd if got sound lag on ssd nope ;).

Yea I reset shader cache (https://www.downloadsource.net/how-to-clear-nvidia-shader-cache-to-improve-game-performance-delete-nvidia-cache/n/23340/) clean reinstalled the game I think it was the first one
