So, is this game really so good or do Chinese upvote it to (four pillars of) high heaven? I know that a proper portrayal of the Journey is long overdue, but ...

I think you can filter reviews and ratings on steam by language so you could have checked what non chinese gamers say quite easily.

Seems like the chinese are just starved for a good game by a local company. Might also be the case of supporing local produce and while the game looks good, it should be far from this positive since the game doesn't even support radeon graphics cards lol

Yep. While some people do get to play it while crashing, it is already known that the game doesnt run at all for the rest. There are several benchmark tests that show that 7900XTX doesnt run even in 20 fps
