Can't launch the game

I can't launch the game. I have a Ryzen 7 7600x, 32GB DDR5 6200Mhz memory, 3TB SSD (collectively), and RTX 4070ti 12GB.

Every time I launch the game, it launches for a few seconds, but doesn't open anything. I have a PS5 controller connected as well, as I've seen that prompt, but no matter what, it just won't launch the game.

yeah im having the same problem ive tried like 4 diff "fixes" and nothing works

-Framelimit to 30fps
-general grafik settings high
-went to the exe file and changed the compatibility mode to "windows 7" and "run as administrator"

so I was finally able to pass the damn cutscene

same proble with WINDOWS 11 rayzen 7 5700G 32 G ram RTX 4070 dont star but i try compatibility mode windows 7 and run as administrator i can play now
