A capable one. Noctua somthing rather. I've never had it go above 80c when building shaders and gaming etc.

Last time I had this happen to me it was due to my PSU that was the problem. Even though it said it could handle all my stuff it just would fail time and time again.

Hardware issue most likely or driver issue. Usually when PC randomly shuts down its either to protect from overheating or PSU can't handle the load.
If bluescreen then overclock error, ram error, driver error or windows registry problems

I left my game on pause in some random location chapter 1-2 and went to watch TV. I looked over and my entire PC screen was black and my PC was turned off. Something happened to cause an entire shutdown.

Probably power settings. It’ll shut down to save power if left idle

a sudden shutdown is likely an overloaded psu. this game draws quite some power
