Weird screen tearing?
Anyone else dealing with this? My FPS are fine, but I'm getting weird screen tearing even with vsync enabled. On top of that, I'm getting this weird shuttering effect like a shadow flickering over the surface of everything? Curious if I'm a unique case or if its a more well known issue.

Same issue here,if you cap the framerate it seems to help, but have to tinker a bit more.
I bet you on frame generation your crappy FPS not allowing enough information to give you correct output. Just like a Turbo car it robs your then give you back.

I think i figured it out,if you use DLSS without framegen,it tears, with FSR+Framegen the issue were gone for me completely.

I'm using a 4090, 64bg of RAM, and an i9-13900k, lmao. My FPS is as far from crappy as it can get XD

Switching from DLSS to FSR fixed it for me too, thanks!

It is frame generation that cause screen Tearing.

Very strange. Definitely a bug if this is repeatable.

i turned off vsync and fps limit in game, and enabled vsync and a fps limit of 58 in nvidia control panel. seems a bit better.

I got rid of the flicker by turning super resolution to 100

Reboot fixed it for me - seen it before with Frame Generation - maybe they are using an older version

It's definitely Frame Generation causing it for me. Tried a bunch of different setting combinations, turning off FG fixed the tearing every time. FSR doesn't offer as much FPS as DLSS for me.

Cringe.

Update: Kept FG on, pushed DLSS up to 85% and it has drastically improved things. Can barely notice any tearing.
