Frame gen on and DLSS 50 =/= 4K over 60 my dood.
As a 4090 owner too, I can confirm that with everything set to cinematic and full ray tracing turned on, if you want a solid 60ps without using DLSS upsampling or framegen (framegen is only good when your BASE framerate is over 60 IMO) you are looking at 1080p native.
Yeah, at 50fps on 1440p
