And yeah. 64gb of RAM, 4090, and an i9-13500k are pulling 60fps regardless of settings.
The benchmark suggested settings are not what I recommend anyone adopts. Instead, understand the trade-offs for yourself and adjust to what best matches what you would like to experience.
Some settings are very impactful, even when ignoring the obvious culprits like Raytracing.
If the Benchmark tool is close to the actual game, then you will be able to play around and optimize the performance really well, at least for modern AAA standards.
Obviously there will be need for patches, but there have been a lot of launches in the recent years that were WAY worse on this.
