I'm not talking about piracy. Are there legit ways to get the game for cheaper?

Nope. Deal with it and buy the game full price, or practice patience and wait till a sale.

Yes, you can pretty much always get things cheaper, don't mind the hermits who live online looking for a reason to be sassy. It'd be annoying if people like the above had their same daddy issue attitude and were rude anytime someone asked a question but told you the truth, much more annoying that they are usually clueless as well as eager to project and fault find in others.

It's a bit cheaper on CDkeys, and if you don't know it's a legit site usually gives you the Steam code for the game in a second and you just put that into Steam, same as buying from Steam in the end. now it's in your Steam library. Even if a game cost the same at CDkeys as on Steam.

I recommend always buying from CDkeys but that's a personal thing for me. Steam censors anyone in discussions who has beliefs that aren't part of a certain colorful cult, so I don't like my money going to fund the division of America further by trying to false amplify one voice and silence those against the established voice, or to any place that wants to corrode society with perversions especially aimed at kids.

cdkeys is the only site ive used over the years that did not scam me with a "this key was bought with illegal means and was removed from your steam account"

almost every other site ive used, i eventually get hit with a fake steam key that gets revoked.

so please, play it safe and get it from cdkeys.

Seems like the kind of game that at most might be 5 dollars cheaper but without the means of refunding for any reason due to third party reseller. But yes in general there are plenty of legit ways to get cheaper keys...well legit as in for you where the keys come from is always up for debate amongst internet gurus I suppose.

I have used CDkeys for over 10years now to buy games I defenately want to play.
It can sometimes save you 25% or more even without a sale.

The only drawback is if you enter a game via an external site that the game will forever be in your library, no refund options whatsoever from Steam that way. So if you are not 100% sure buy via Steam and refund if needed. If that is not the case looking at CDkeys or similar can never hurt your wallet :)

The game is the top seller on Steam so good luck getting much of a discounted price on a game that is still not even out yet. That being said, I have bought many games from CDKeys and never had an issue and they often are a little bit cheaper but even then probably not much cheaper if at all for new games like this.

I have used other CD key sites just to try them out and they have given me keys someone already claimed, so I would not trust others.

Otherwise be patient and wait for a sale, if it is a good game it will still be good later on
