I am not a pc parts nor performance nerd, but I'd like to know...
With; 3070 Ti 8gb, Ryzen 5 5600x 6-core, 32gb 3600mhz RAM

-Everything cinematic
-Full ray tracing - very high
-motion blur off
-FSR frame generation on
-dx12
-1080p resolution

I get 30fps on average.

What do you think of it? What would you suggest? Like, lowering settings to get better performance while keeping the graphics as high as possible.

i cannot imagine playing game at less than stable 60 fps honestly
Keplerk Aug 19, 2024 @ 12:57am
Same here, i get a most 69 and a min of 37 and this is without ray tracing enabled at all, and i have a 4070 ti super, 64 gb ddr5 ram and an ryzen 9 7950x 3d, it seems it needs a LOT of optimization :(

Try turn off full ray tracing

try to set dlss to balanced and post effect & shadows to medium

Don't use Cinematic or ray tracing, the defaults for your card are more likely "High" "srs = 50", "Frame Gen = On" "raytracing = off"

You should not have Ray Tracing on at all on a 3070 Ti, that will solve a majority of your problems but I would also dial it down a notch from cinematic too. As the performance gain is massive with not a huge hit on visual quality.

You guys got the game already?

No, there is a free benchmark tool for the game that has been out for a while now

I can’t even handle 60 fps sometimes let alone 30 . Turn off Ray tracing , settings to very high .

are you maxing out the Vram with your settings? if yes, cut RT a bit, try to lower some settings, and get under the limit

That increased the average fps to around 60-65. Pretty enough for me.

They have 4070 ti. I think frame generation would easily give them the min of 50 fps.

The game will be more demanding then the benchmark. So will have to take that in mind.
You can turn down some settings and gain sufficient FPS for a decent gameplay exp.

Understood. There are few suggestions here, and will take a look at a few videos too.

drop the settings, this is just unplayable unless you only need fancy wallpaper
