I didn't play TLOU2, but I did play Ghost of Tsushima. I know they killed off Joel so I didn't want to really mess with the sequel, but it still looked like a technical masterpiece gameplay wise. Didn't God of War and Elden Ring win their years? Baldur's Gate 3 rightfully won last year's as well. I'm not seeing the issue here.
Also would there be some discrimination for a Chinese game? idk.
anyway the GOTY can be different for each player, what matters is you can gain too much fun from the game!
