Report a translation problem
The game has technical difficulties it's confirmed from other testers too and the test-build sent to Testers had also wrong translations and some things are not working as they should. Furthermore the publisher told them exactly what they can show and what not and only 10 min of gameplay lol. Plus...nobody has seen PS5 version till now. How many bad signs you need? Also the talent tree includes over 200 skills and for the first hours it seems to be boring in some ways till you can unlock all the basic skills. So I think many gamers will quit before even reaching that point. Also some bosses seems to be really soulslike, some testers said they stuck on some boss fights for hours or are still struggleing that's why some tests are still not finished yet as the test keys from the publisher arrived late and also not every game journalist got a key for some reason.
Players are as biased as any reviewer, in a lot of cases more so, as they have a greater vested interest as they paid for their copy.
Use your own judgement & don't be a sheep. If the game doesn't work for you, refund it. It's simple.
If bugs only present after chapter 2, that will be 2 hours too late to refund until it is fixed, again; I'm strongly hoping this is not the case at all.
And all of that footage only shows chapter 1 and 2. If it's worse in chapter 3...oof.
