just find a game for which your family has multiple copy ( in my case Elden Ring was a perfect case ) and click on the blue text "change your preferred copy", select any of the copy as favorite, it will refresh the sharing and Black Myth will appear on your game library, that's all.

Then select the blue 'Change preference version' button,and choose another copy
Then Steam Home Sharing will refresh, and Black Myth Wukong should have appeared in your library by now

go to account details , then family management and then library
checked i can't find it either,
i cleared download cache restarted then closed steam logged into family member with the game, logged out and logged back into mine and got it working that way.

Black Myth: Wukong is the type of action adventure Chinese mythology genre game I've wished for ever since it was announced on Steam, but mostly nobody wants to Family Share this awesome looking newly released game with me because most people on Steam hate on me currently and very wrongfully and very wickedly shuns me away on Steam because most of them do "not" even correctly understand me the right way nowadays.

Tried it but it didn't work. Some people suggested on reddit to remove and re-invite the person who owns the game to see if it fixes it.
