Add an option to enable / disable fullscreen

Hello, a 32:9 1440p screen player here.

I would like to request the option to not force the window in the max resolution of my screen as I only play in the middle of it in 16:9 1440p.

Currently, the fullscreen is forced. Be it in borderless or windowed mode.
I can choose a 16:9 ou 21:9 resolution, but instead on letting me see other applications around, it cover the full screen.

I tend to play only in 16:9 while looking at other applications around (social, performance, etc) and as such, I would like to be able to disable the fullscreen and only play it in the desired resolution without the black border around…

Hey there, I might found a way for you to fix that problem! It worked for me to get my game into full-screen, just follow this guide and see if it works for you! ^^

Thx for the link.
I would prefer for the devs to update their game.
But this option is worth keeping too.
