Black myth wukong 5090 4k ultra RT max with frame generation X4 bad performance

I read in a lot of post that was one of the first games that Nvidia justified the 5090 giving us 240+ FPS with multi frame generation. Also I read that that was implemented almost a month ago and not in the first day that 5090 came.
Well this is an introduction of what's happening. I have a 5090 founders edition with 5800X amd and yesterday I tested the black myth for the first time. First in config I have some options in Chinese and no one is talking about... And the best part 100 FPS with X4 frame generation activated (of course with dlss4 native implemented in theory in quality 66) a lot of artifacts and shuttering .
20% usage CPU and 99%-100% usage my 5090.
My question is ... Why ? I saw a lot of videos 240+ FPS ... What's happening here? Anyone with the same problem ?
I tried Indiana Jones for example (since last driver is impossible is crashing the game ... Another one...) and was really nice 260 FPS more or less constantly... So... Is really frustrating

the new update which implements dlss 4 has performance issues right now and will probably be fixed soon

I thought there is something wrong with my install, now i see you also see Chinese in the option menu it's a relief lol. Weird that they let this bug slide, where is the QC in this?
