Stuttering + frame limit doesn't work
I just got the game, and although I capped it at 120 fps it doesn't feel smooth. Playing at 144hz monitor with gsync ultimate. Vsync on or off doesn't seem to make any difference, so I keep it off. I set frame limit to 120, but occasionally the game will go above it (150 or so) and then drop to 120 again and it produces a stutter. This happens often, maybe every 10 seconds or so and is very annoying. Frame generation is OFF. Is there a way to fix this?

System: 9800x3D, 64g ram cl30, 5080, ssd Samsung 9100 pro, w11 pro, latest Nvidia drivers from a few days ago. Display 1440p 144hz.

Here is my setting that works.

Ingame:
Vsync off
Frame limit off

Nvidia App:
limit frame to 138 (a little below 144 hz or gsync will not work properly)
vsync force on
Gsync to on

Nvidia control panel:
Set-Up Gsync > enable Gsync to both windows and full screen

to make sure gsync is working, I also activate the Gsync Compatible Indicator at the top of Nvidia Conotrol Panal, so Gsync will pop up in the top right if it is working.
