4th playthrough and i still didn't get the venomous armguard again
yes i did the method where you have to leave 3 arms I still didn't get them so is my thing bugged? I really enjoy this game so can you guys see what the problem is

You have to break 4 arms on his back. Try to follow a video tutorial for that.

Dude I know that I only got it on my first run but am not receiving it on my other runs!!!

Dude you can only get one, not 2 or 3 or 4 of them, no matter how many run through you have.
