clipping through everything in the snowy mountain in chapter 3 (SOLVED)

Currently chapter 3 is totally unplayable for me none of the walls have any collision nor do some important floors if anyone else has experienced this is there anything i can do to fix it?

no but i get some strange things happen in the trees with the snow on em in like the far off corners of the areas . also my game has froze twice now and i have to hard reset my pc.
