Missing Gourd (Jade Lotus Gourd)

Trying to collect Gourds and Mixtures, iam currently missing the jade lotus gourd. I bought it after chapter 2 from the monkey, it shows at the store that i own the gourd but its not in my inventary. iam at new game + currently .. do i have to upgrade all mitxtures to get the achievement ?

Did you have upgraded the gourd and it is now called Jade Guanyin Gourd?
