Too many people want to think that what they say is the only truth and fact out there. They want to seem like they know it all, are right (even when they are wrong) etc. That is the world, sadly.
I am just curious to see if this game (Blackmyth) will go on sale for the Winter Sale (starts tomorrow) or not. Are the Devs that money hungry that they can't drop the price?
Thats a shame. Its always best to form your own opinion if you can, relying on anyone else on the internet is usually always a bad idea. I dont usually post or take part in any community activities because of how toxic it is.
At least you can try it for a few hours and get a refund if you dont enjoy it. Thats what I would do. No reason to miss out because of others.
Agreed! Its just a shame how immature and stupid most communities are. Its frustrating but its just the way things are I guess. What I will say is I spend more time playing and enjoying games than I do in forums, even though I often read them and its so depressing how vile and toxic people can be when it should be a celebration of games and a discussion between people who have a common intrest. Oh well...
Fingers crossed it does go on sale as it would be great for other people to get to experience it. I imagine it would do quite well from the extra sales too tbh.
As for OP, definitely agree. I just get triggered everytime i see people here spitting on other games they didn't even play to, just because they didn't get a validation of their preferences being the absolute truth.
But when expressed politely and with the actual subjective thoughts (and not expressed as the general truth), any opinion is worth reading and interesting to know.
I wished people were aware that it's okay if it's their own opinion, with their own words and feelings, and that people not agreeing with it respectfully won't make it less worth.
No one will suddenly lose their opinion for no reason by actually listening and trying to understand what a different opinion means and why, it will actually make one wiser and can only help one understand more precisely why he feels this way.
Differences can only make two people better when trying to understand each others.
