I am having the stupidest glitch I have ever seen in a video game.

The game will only render a black screen, but ONLY if the window is active.

Specs:
R7 9800x3d
5090
4k 160hz HDR monitor.

Things I have tried:
Changing Framerate (on windows and in game)
Changing resolution (on windows and in game)
Changing windowed mode (on windows and in game)
toggling HDR (on windows and in game)
toggling DSC
using other monitors
updating graphics drives
multiple settings profiles
messing with dlss, frame gen, whatever

Does anyone have any other ideas I could try? The strangest thing is I had it working until I tried to adjust graphics settings.
