I love the infinite Gourd, but it dont understand how it works...

the infinite Gourd, it only have one charge but it will get refill via a cooldown making it infinite.

however, i absolutely dont understand how the cooldown works, sometimes it take longer, sometimes its ready after a sec or two after drinking.

i been using it in my NG+1 run and I dont understand the cooldown pattern of the gourd... it feel like it's bugged.

Refill by the damage you do maybe? I havent gotten it yet but just guessing some other games refill health pots by the damage you do to mobs.

Every 30s, it will try to fill itself, no matter it is full or not. When it try to fill itself, the gourd will blink a red light.

wait, it's on a constant 30 sec cooldown? refilling doesn't reset or stop the cooldown?
