BUG - STEEL GINSENG

I'm only missing the "Brewer’s Bounty Trophy," and after collecting more than 1000 ginseng (max 999/999), I still haven't obtained the "Steel Ginseng" item.
Is anyone else having this same problem? Have you found a solution?
P.S.
I've already sent an email to customer support... but I'm not very hopeful.

I defeat them more than 200 times...and i use also the mask and 2 "golden carp" to increase drop-rate

In the end, I gave up and used the mod you recommended...
I got the 'Steel Ginseng' on the second plant I harvested, but Steam didn't register it, so I exited the game, removed the mod, and restarted the game and... finally, I have all the trophies.
