Dustveil & Scorpion Lord

I messed this up and fought Dustveil before killing the Scorpion Lord. Sadly Scorpion Lord isn't much of a match for Dustveil and I died when Dustveil entered his 2nd phase. Scorpion Lord was gone and didn't help me in fight again but Dustveil was at 3/4 health for his 1st phase. Is it possible to get Scorpion Lord into the 2nd phase and does he help?
I wonder what would have happened in chapter 2 if I died when the 2 bosses were fighting there?

you can edit your save-files.
i did the same.
Change my files and did it again. (first daoist, scorpion L and secret end-boss. (Important if you want all weapons/items)
If you fight the secret end boss first, you dont get Loot from Scorpion Lord.

Secret end-boss is pretty hard. Try to cast no spells/heal and wait for stage 2.
Try to be under his legs = he dont hit you with normal attacks.
btw: He got 3/4 HP if you dont fight with the Scorpion Lord, its normal.
1 Stage 75%
2 Stage 100%

but: you cant get the Socrpion L in phase 2 in the last fight. (i think)
