Did I lose a spirit forever?
After I beat "Top Takes Bottom and Bottom Takes Top" apparently I didn't take the spirit. I cannot seem to claim it at a shrine... any way to get it back?

It's actually not from beating the boss directly. Though you do need to beat the boss first. Then go back to the Emerald Palace shrine and walk up through the palace up the road, and you'll see the smashed ball with the spirit to claim.

I just did it the other day.
