Previous settings in game (which had a massive amount of stutter in spots such as the cave underneath Tiger's arena and the mountains area (won't say because spoilers):
Super Resolution Sampling- Super Resolution = 75
- Super Resolution Sampling = DLSS
- Frame Generation = On
- Full Ray Tracing = On
- Full Ray Tracing Level = Very High
- Very High (all settings underneath are the same)
NVIDIA Full Ray Tracing

Switching to TSR seemed to create a significant difference as even setting the Full Ray Tracing to Medium and reducing the Super Sampling Resolution did not make a difference.
I'll try FSR to see if I notice a difference. Granted, beyond the two notable areas mentioned above, I've had virtually zero stutter except during some cutscenes throughout the entire game.
But if it works good for you, no reason to change it.
Btw I never had massive stuttering, this is fix for that annoying stutter when fps drops to 58, 59. Well not it doen’t happen.
Only I have issue with on RTX medium is the reflections on the water are bugged (it’s all blurry)
