With Full Spirit Achievement

Is this achievement bugged i have collected all 54 spirits, i did miss the wolf assassin spirit in my first run through though and collected it on my NG+. I've read that you may have to collect all 54 in one run... my question to those that may know is, if i recollect all 54 in NG++ in one run will that pop the achievement or do should i just start fresh?? last achievement i need and needless to say its driving me crazy

I'm having the exact same problem, there is 0 information or troubleshooting about this.

for the lazy: Don't upgrade the frog to the maximum level before you have collected all of them, because the frog's name will change when it reaches the maximum level.

It might be a bug, i missed Rat Prince spirit from ch 2 boss and i collected it in ng+ and got the achievement. I had the Frog spirit maxed out in 1st playthrough so i dont think that is the issue like someone said.

mostly people missed the rat price from ch 2 (missable, by killing the dad first)

the spider spirit from ch 4 (kinda hidden)

I just got all the 54 spirits still no achievement ! Is their a way to get them or its surely a bug ?

You don't have to collect all the spirits in one run, I got the achievement in NG+ after missing a few in my first playthrough.

Do you know if this also applies to the Fickle Forms achievement? I have all 54 spirits and 10 transformations and the achievement is still locked
