1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired

Hey guys, my game just keeps crashing when I try to enter chapter 6 from chapter 5 mid cutscenes. Has anyone had the same issue? What did you do? I tried verifying installed files on steam but kept saying that 1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired. what do i do next? I need your help. Thanks in advance!

I played the game around 12 hours ago, and it was still fine. I can get into the game but the game gets auto-closed by itself today if I start to make the transfer to a different location just now. Yes, it happened during the loading screen, regardless of transferring to Chapter 5 or other chapter. It will load for a few seconds first then only auto-closed by itself.

It seems nothing would happen if I didn't do any location transferring.
I tried restarting the computer same issue. This is my first time encountering this issue.

Tried to verify the integrity of the game files on Steam, same issue.
I ran it again and the message said "1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired".
Not sure how to fix it now 😫

I did a reinstallation back then, the issue is gone.
Now, the issue came back again, and "5 files failed to validate and will be reacquired".
I found that this issue happened if I didn't play the game for weeks or months.
