The Fuban Staff only does more damage if you make a crit-focused build. And even then it doesn't have the improved moveset of the tri-point spear nor the lucky strike. If you're the thrust stance there's no reason to pick the Fuban Staff over the tri-point.
Honestly just seems like you didn't really use it. I'm not saying Fuban is bad or anything, just that your reasons for not putting it in S-tier are just not very convincing arguments.
