i'm on my NG+ (2nd play ) and still level 120 , how many NG+ I need to to reach full level ?

You're playing too fast. I was in level 120 in my very first playthrough. Also use the celestial registry to gain more XP. I#M lelvel 4 now with 230. If you want to levle up, you need to farm.
