Golden Loong Staff missing or unable to equip

I crafted the Golden Loong Staff but now it does not appear in my Equipment list. It does show that I can equip it from the Staff tree but when I do it equips the Bishui Beast Staff that I recently crafted instead. It is showing that I need to craft it again...? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can only craft one weapon from same tree. Don't worry, your material are still there. Just craft it again. It will auto equip

Thank you for that info, I didn't know that. So I have to spend wills again?
