How to enable RTX HDR in this game?

I have Auto HDR turned off in Windows, I have added the correct .exe to the nvidia control panel (the .exe in the binaries folder), and I have checked the High Dynamic Range box in the RTX video enhancement box.

Yet, the status always shows 'inactive' when I am in game. Is there anything else I am missing, or does this game not support RTX HDR?

I've been wondering about this myself. I downloaded that Nvidia app beta which basically updated my geoforce exp.
Went into the graphic settings for Wukong then clicked global and turned on the rtx hdr.

I just checked the video settings and it's still saying inactive but the RTX HDR does work in game. I messed with setting, def a difference...
